At KroIndia, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Used products
• Damaged products caused by misuse
• Sale or clearance items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
